Author and local resident of Monroe, Michigan, Denise Rader, loves reading a variety of genres, but her favorites are paranormal, thriller, and suspense, with some romance. Her creation of unique vampires, Laroons, is a new level of strand unlike anything ever before - dynamic creativity to the table.

BOOK ONE - LAROONS
The Jamaican/Haitian brothers are new in town. One is a lawyer, one is a businessman, and one is a doctor who owns his own hospital. The brothers have a mysterious "aura" about them, and their family is rarely seen. This is not your ordinary type of community, nor are its dwellers.
BOOK TWO - LAROONS: FAMILY CHAOS
While bicycling down a mysterious road that awaits for a season to be awakened, three best friends, a girl and two boys, will soon come into their own, unknowingly that as time progresses, one will be a vampire, one will become a werewolf, and the other will become a hybrid, both vampire and werewolf.
BOOK THREE - LAROONS: NEW BEGINNINGS
The three best friends are grown and have come to accept their roles in their new lives, but there is a new scent in the air that is unfamiliar to everyone. The elders have to be very careful to not mistake this new scent with just anything, they need to contact the brothers to find out if they are correct. The new scent that has everyone nervous is the fact that there is a new breed of life that no one could’ve expected and that is a child that has all the abilities of both vampire and werewolf but none can read their thoughts or catch their scent unless they want them to.
BOOK FOUR - LAROONS: EVOLUTION
There is a new player in town, and his name is Tyler. He is the most sneakiest person alive, and he has a boss who has no patience for Tyler and his sneakiness. His boss knows that Tyler is stealing from him to support his gambling, but Tyler doesn’t know that his boss is not all human as he portrays. Tyler’s boss is a very complicated man. He is the uncle of the mysterious Wilson family, and his name is SILVER. Silver has very unusual powers, such as the ability to read minds and tell if people are lying, whether they are human or not. Silver also has the ability to heal and erase one's mind. Silver is also one of the original elders but has not been a part of the order because he doesn’t agree with all of the rules and regulations.
BOOK FIVE - LAROONS: FINAL BATTLE
Everyone is trying to figure out this new child that is one of a kind and the only person who can help is a mysterious witch named Azaire, she has known all along about the child who is now a teenager, but what she doesn’t know is how the child is so calm and can control their own emotions and will. Azaire knows that this new scent is the is having everyone on edge and she needs to talk to the teenager quickly before the Elders.
