Paid Volunteer Services Offered
No Outsourcing Contract No Employment Agreement
Your volunteer compensation is actually an "Appreciation Pay" for assisting us in multiple easy tasks, whether at home, in the office, or out and about. This is not for natural or public health emergency, nor a stimulus check type program during and after the Covid era. The term "Compensation" is only used as being able to provide you with some self-work pocket change to ease a little bit of tension from any type of wage loss that you and/or your family have experienced on a daily basis. Some of these programs are not based on minimum or hourly wages, nor replacing them like direct employment; parttime or full time - this is strictly volunteer services that we're offering to pay you for as a profit corporation is required to do according to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Now, what we're also establishing is an innovative social future employment connection with not only those that are in need of another source of income, but a possible opportunity for an individual to create and develop their own self-employment or what can be turned into an internship within any one of our company positions. We consider this as self-development. Other than that, we hope this can be a blessing to you with everyday life's struggles because of the economic financial stress, or in other cases just simply pocket change. The choice of self-development in whatever you decide that benefits you, this is just a doorway of possible opportunities and/or some extra cash.
None-the-less, together, the bottom line is with our volunteer programs we are able to help each other support and evolve through these tough times, and possibly learn a trade.
