Shipping times are estimated and not guarantees, and do not include manufacturing times for different bulk size orders or products.

Normal shipping operations are within the range of 8 to 14 business days.

Holiday seasonal operations generally take about 10 to 15 business days minimum.

Business days are considered Monday through Friday.

If you place your order after 4pm Mon-Thur, your order will be counted on the next following business day.

If you place your order after 4pm on Friday, your order will be counted as a 9am Monday morning business day order.

Indemnification and Legal Disclaimer - Shipping and delivery can be affected by factors over which ASA Publishing Corporation has no control, including incorrect delivery addresses, manufacturer complications or delays, customs delays, and Post Office delays or delivery restrictions. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 to 8 weeks to arrive, whether normal or holiday operations. ASA Publishing Corporation will take no action on these orders during that time, and is not obligated to compensate for each and every manufacturing or delivery service, other than making sure that the correct order was placed, or a replacement, or proper refund is in order to a client from a defective product.

48 hours after placing an order, the product will be assumed in the processing stage with the manufacturer and the order will not be canceled. ASA Publishing Corporation will not be responsible for partly manufactured products due to forced cancellations for any reason.

For Mail and Priority Mail services, please note that certain areas require extra transit times and could take up to 28 to 35 days to receive.

International Economy packages are delivered using the postal service of the destination country. Additional shipping and handling cost will be applied.

Express shipping cannot be selected for delivery to P.O. Boxes since this shipping option require a physical address.

Local Customs and Immigration agencies determine duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. ASA Publishing Corporation cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.

ASA Publishing Corporation does not offer shipping insurance.

Packages shipped military APO / FPO and diplomatic DPO addresses must use US Postal Service shipping. Express shipping cannot be used as this option requires a physical address.

All shipping rates are automatically configured into book and product pricing, giving you free USPS/UPS shipping around the United States without extra additional cost.
How do I know if my product has been shipped?

ASA Publishing Corporation will notify you via email with a tracking number. Please make note that tracking numbers often times do have a delay and may not appear immediately in the shipping system even though ASA Publishing Corporation has been notified that the product has been shipped.
How can I request a refund or a replacement of a product?

If your product is defected, you must notify ASA Publishing Corporation within 48 hours after delivery has been received and provide tangible proof.
Can I choose Express delivery to my P.O. Box?

No. Express delivery requires a physical address to which your package can be delivered.

Yes. You can have mail delivered to your P. O. Box only if you are using standard mail delivery service.
Can I choose or request faster delivery like Express, Priority Mail, UPS, etc.?

Yes. There will be an additional cost.
Can I ship to a US Military or Diplomatic address?

Books Only - Yes, but you must use the US Postal Service for delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses after delivery to you is complete. This is your responsibility outside of ASA Publishing Corporation's obligations.
Can I ship books to a prison address?

Books Only - Yes.Generally inmates are not allowed to sign for packages. For us to ship your book to an inmate, please contact the relevant officials to learn of any specific delivery restrictions for that location prior to placing an order.

ASA Publishing Corporation's shipping confirmation number will include your product's tracking number when our print/distributing vendors provide it.

There may be a 24 hour delay between the time you receive your shipping notification and the time your package is actually scanned into the tracking system.
