Before hiring ASA Publishing Corporation, all authors must submit their manuscript for review and approval.
ASA Publishing Corporation maintains a high standard of prestigious professionalism for every book we publish, whether physical or audio. As stated in our contractual agreement, all manuscripts must undergo a mandatory pre‑approval review prior to onboarding, payment, or acceptance into any publishing package. This protects the integrity of your work, ensures quality for readers, and confirms that your manuscript meets our publishing criteria. As a hybrid book publisher since 2005, we follow IBPA Guidelines in 2018, and its revision in 2022. Here at ASA, you own 100% rights to your own work and receive 60% PCN (publisher's compensation net) quarterly royalties.

Ensure the right publishing fit before you submit your manuscript.
Before you submit your manuscript or pre‑published book, we ask that you first review our publishing packages, our Publishing House Contractual Agreement, and our payment plans for higher level packages. This ensures you have a clear understanding of the services, obligations, and publishing standards associated with each package, and allows you to determine which option best aligns with your goals, expectations, and long‑term publishing needs.
Purpose of the Pre-Approval Review
Your manuscript is evaluated to determine:
-
Whether the book is appropriate, publishable, and worth investing in
-
Whether the manuscript is complete and ready for editing, formatting, and production
-
Whether the content fits within our accepted categories and genres
-
Whether the material meets our standards of quality, clarity, and consumer readability
-
Whether your selected publishing package aligns with the needs of your manuscript
This review is not a critique of your creativity — it is a professional safeguard for both the author and the publisher.
“When you send us a manuscript, we review the manuscript first to determine whether to accept or reject it… We do not believe in making money at the Author’s expense.”
