What is a Public Investment?

An investment that requires shareholders or the public to purchase shares of the company, becoming part ownership. ASA is a wealth owner of 60,000 shares, willing to sell up to 60% of shares starting at $1,000 per share with each individual or company to a maximum of 10,000 shares per entity. Private Investors can be friends, family members, clients, employees, contractors, board members, angel investors, and venture capital firms. What is a Financial Contribution?

Donating money to a cause. It could be for a particular cause like contributing to an ASA campaign, event, education, community participation and buildup, or some form of literary performance like APN TV Media's television program that is owned and sponsored by ASA.
